Sabrina 這輩子遇過的蠢事不算少...

但是沒有一件比以下要告訴你的誇張!!image011.gif

不少人應該都聽過Sabrina之前誓言要和Borders.com抗爭...

因為這個財大氣粗的臭老美帝國主義式連鎖店非常#%&*@的出了一版只要是Twilighter都沒辦法抗拒的"Twilight DVD 獨家雙碟版"

就是這個東西。它有多該死的誘人不需我多說。

 

 

一月放出可以預購的風聲時,Sabrina興致勃勃的上網,乖乖的填了一堆無聊的表格申請帳號...

要下訂單的時候才發現:他的送貨地址裡根本沒有台灣!!

髒話馬上脫口而出...我跟你白混一晚是做啥!?

雖然心有不甘但我還是馬上寫了一封語氣溫和的詢問信至客服。

 

 

等了兩天,沒下文。

 

 

不死心的Sabrina再寫了一封,因為他們保證會在24-48小時之內回覆...

開始火了的Sabrina這次採取連寫兩封攻勢...心想看你給我混到幾時!!??

 

竟然還是給我沒回信!!??

 

這時我的鬥牛犬/鱉的"盧"性完全啟動,改用電話攻勢!非給你問個清楚不可!!

電話攻擊第一天: 無功而返。他那個 "海外服務電話"完全沒有接通,換句話說就是晃點用的。

電話攻擊第二天:電話接通了,但是聽了3分鐘的 "客服都在忙線中,請您耐心等候,下一位就是您..."

 

會信你才怪了,摔掛!!

 

這期間Sabrina還是繼續e-mail攻擊,但還是沒有效。

 

電話攻擊第三天: 打定主意就是給他等到有人來讓我罵為止!!

 

14分鐘後,一個一聽到聲音馬上就可以聯想到電影"刺客聯盟"中男主角的超級肥上司的女人回了電話...她用著非常死氣沉沉的語氣告訴我: "如果系統上沒有台灣,那我們就沒有辦法送貨到台灣..."

我說: "為什麼咧!?人家Amzon.com就都送的到?"

她竟然回答: "我們是Borders, 不是Amazon.com"

你他*!&@^$%$@#&)_(!#&T%#&*()!(@U@(Y#U#_的!!!

罵了一句 "Thanks for not helping at all" 之後就給他掛電話!!

第一回合敗北...

 

 

氣到完全不想給他買了!!但一講到Twilight就沒骨氣的我就是沒法死心。

 

 

沒關係,山不轉路轉,我訂了寄去學妹家總行了唄?

 

 

但是前幾個禮拜學妹結束在美國的工作搬回台灣來了...不能接包裹。

剛好老外同事的太太要回美國一趟,算算時間應該來的及!!

 

 

因此Sabrina又去信客服,說明我要換地址一事。

 

這次竟然有回音,但有也跟沒有差不多!!

"我們為確保品質,一旦下訂單就不能取消或修改。對商品不滿意可以退貨。"

 

我回: (你白癡啊!?)沒人收包裹你叫我怎麼退貨?更何況我又沒說我不要,只是叫你換地址!

他們回: 我們的系統無法作地址修改...只能請你取消訂單再重訂。

 

 你不是才說不能取消?

  預購商品可以取消...

 

你真是該死的白目,為什麼不早說!?

 

 

因此Sabrina只好氣呼呼的取消訂單再重訂。

 

 

但是在一向溜噠慣了的Twilight情報網上卻看到了在Borders預購要到四月中才拿的到貨的消息。

雖然之前就有聽說,但是再次下訂單時的網頁上並沒有這一項消息,所以我一直以為他後來又能供貨了。

同事太太四月初回來...不就白忙一場?

 

 

我只得又寫一封信問他貨什麼時候會到...

 

這次回信刷新史上最牛頭不對馬嘴無厘頭白癡智障之回應: 這個客服竟然開始跟我解釋每一個國家的DVD都有不同區碼,你要有適當放映機才能讀取資料...因此系統已將你的訂單取消...

 

 

誰問你這個了?

 

 

再說訂單是老娘取消的,還用你說!!??

 

 

這時我已經火到不行,直接告訴他說三月底貨送不到我就不訂了!!

 

又在回信的時候才說: 喔,商品太搶手,要四月中旬才有貨...網頁有說明...還是沒跟我說訂單取消了沒...

 

 

吼~你可以再白目一點!!

 

 

氣到爆炸的Sabrina於是寫了這一封信:

 

Dear Customer Care (@Borders.com):
 
May I just say that my experience with you so far is nothing but very frustrating?
 
The first order#13275289 was placed soemtime during January, i believe. But due to some reasons that the shipping address was not longer valid, i've asked you to change the shipping address for me.
 
Your reply was:  I am not allowed to cancel or modify the order, I can only return the package.
 
When I replied  and restated the fact that nobody was going to pick up the package, let along RETURN it,
 
THEN you told me the only way to solve this problem was to CANCEL the order and re-order the item again WITHOUT telling me the possible delay in delivering.
 
I did what you advice--the cancelling and reorder thing,  and then found out on OTHER WEBSITES explaining the  possible delay (and NO, I DID NOT SEE your so-called statement when i re-place the order). But when I wrote another message requesting the estimated deliver date...you gave me a LONG and NOT RELATED explanation on how DVDs have their regional codes and my order was cancelled...as if I DIDN'T KNOW THESE ALREADY!?

NOW you are telling me I can't get my stuff until the middle of April WHEN THE WHOLE WORLD IS RECIEVEING THE SAME STUFF AT THE END OF MARCH!!??
 
Do you realize these whole bullshit can be solved by very few clicks on the mouse if we were on Amazon.com?
 
And DON'T BOTHER to tell me " WE ARE NOT AMAZON.COM"...AGAIN, as one of your telephone service representatives has ALREADY TOLD ME THAT!!!
 
So just let me say this loud and clear one more time: I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER #14343140
 
And DO NOT send me another confirmation mail...
